Before the first note
Club show run sheet template
A club show runs better when the band and the room are working from the same schedule. This starting point leaves an hour for load-in, a separate soundcheck, and space between doors and the first set. Change the times to match your venue agreement before sharing it.
Confirm access with the room
The performance time is not necessarily the time you can enter. Confirm the loading entrance, parking, and when the stage is available, then put those details in your notes.
Give soundcheck its own time
Leave time to unload and set up before soundcheck. If you are sharing a bill, confirm whether the bands check in reverse performance order and who supplies the backline.
Include the end of the night
Put the last set and load-out on the sheet. If you finish after midnight, keep those items after the evening sets; the preview marks them as the next day.

What if the show finishes after midnight?
Keep the schedule in show order. When a time is earlier than the row above it, the sheet marks that item as the following day.
