Before the first note
Wedding band run sheet template
Wedding timings connect the band with a much larger event. This template separates setup from guest arrival and reserves distinct cues for speeches, the first dance, and the last song. Use the couple's or planner's confirmed schedule as the source of truth.
Agree on the cue giver
Note which role gives the band the go-ahead for entrances and the first dance. A clock time helps everyone prepare; a confirmed cue prevents the music starting before the room is ready.
Plan the gaps
Specify who handles background music during dinner and set breaks. Leave room for speeches to move without silently changing the contracted finish time.
Keep the final version together
Confirm the first-dance song, pronunciation notes, dress code, and venue sound restrictions before sharing. Remove private information that the full band does not need.
