Terms of Service

Effective Date: 06/24/2026Last Updated: 06/24/2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Kronetho LLC for Gigditty ("Gigditty," "we," "our," or "us"). They apply when you access or use the Gigditty website, mobile app, marketplace, dashboards, public profiles, invite links, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, accepting an invitation, publishing a profile, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use Gigditty after these Terms are updated, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Gigditty.

1. Who May Use Gigditty

Gigditty is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Gigditty only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms for you.

If you use Gigditty for a band, group, venue, host, organization, company, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and manage its information, members, gigs, marketplace activity, and subscriptions.

2. What Gigditty Provides

Gigditty provides software tools for performers, groups, hosts, venues, and gig organizers. The service may help users create and manage gigs, maintain public profiles, search the marketplace, publish openings, send invitations, coordinate schedules, manage contacts, store gig documents, track finance records, communicate with collaborators, and review reputation or trust signals.

Gigditty is not a talent agency, booking agency, employer, joint employer, payroll provider, payment processor for user-to-user gig payments, tax advisor, legal advisor, accountant, insurer, background-check provider, or party to gigs, bookings, contracts, employment relationships, independent contractor relationships, venue arrangements, or payments between users. Users are responsible for their own agreements, payment terms, taxes, licenses, permits, insurance, safety practices, legal compliance, and professional obligations.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping it current, protecting your login credentials, and controlling access to your devices and account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or through groups, hosts, public profiles, searches, openings, or gigs that you own or administer.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require verification, restrict account functions, suspend access, reset credentials, or take other steps when needed to protect Gigditty, other users, or the integrity of the service. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Gigditty only for lawful, professional, and intended purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of information you enter, publish, send, import, upload, or share through Gigditty.

  • Do not harass, threaten, abuse, defame, discriminate against, exploit, intimidate, stalk, or endanger another person.
  • Do not impersonate another person or entity, create deceptive accounts, misrepresent your identity, falsely claim authority over a group or host, or provide misleading gig, payment, role, review, reputation, or profile information.
  • Do not upload, publish, send, or request unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, explicit, hateful, abusive, unsafe, malicious, spammy, or deceptive content.
  • Do not create fake reviews, buy or sell deceptive reviews, hide material incentives for reviews, manipulate reputation signals, inflate marketplace activity, or interfere with honest marketplace feedback.
  • Do not scrape, harvest, sell, or misuse Gigditty data, user contact information, marketplace results, public profiles, invite links, or messages for unsolicited marketing, competing datasets, automated profiling, or purposes unrelated to legitimate gig coordination.
  • Do not introduce malware, interfere with service operations, bypass security or access controls, probe nonpublic systems, reverse engineer nonpublic service components, or use automation in a way that harms Gigditty or other users.
  • Do not use Gigditty to violate contracts, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, labor rules, tax rules, licensing rules, venue rules, platform rules, or any applicable law.

5. User Content

User Content means information or materials you submit, upload, import, publish, send, create, or store through Gigditty. This includes profile details, public profile media, links, gig records, schedules, documents, messages, comments, reviews, marketplace searches, openings, group and host information, finance records, calendar information, contact details, photos, videos, audio, and support submissions.

You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Gigditty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display, publish, transmit, adapt for formatting or previews, moderate, distribute, and use your User Content as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and promote Gigditty and to make the content available to the audiences permitted by your settings, account role, group or host permissions, and the features you choose to use.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed to provide your User Content and to grant the license above. If your User Content includes another person, their contact details, their calendar information, their likeness, their performance, their work, or their personal information, you are responsible for having permission to use and share it through Gigditty.

Some User Content may be public or shared with other users. Public profiles, marketplace openings, website links, public media, custom profile URLs, reviews, reputation signals, invite flows, group or host pages, and shared gig spaces may be visible outside your private dashboard. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or private information unless you are comfortable with the visibility created by the feature you are using.

We may remove, hide, quarantine, refuse, limit distribution of, or moderate User Content when we believe it violates these Terms, may harm users, may violate law, may create legal or security risk, or may interfere with Gigditty.

6. Public Profiles and Marketplace

Gigditty marketplace tools and public profiles are intended to help eligible users, groups, hosts, and organizations discover each other and coordinate opportunities. Search results, rankings, suggested matches, openings, reputation signals, review summaries, quality indicators, profile completion indicators, and availability information are informational tools only.

Gigditty does not guarantee that a user, group, host, venue, opening, review, search result, or reputation signal is accurate, available, safe, suitable, legally compliant, identity-verified, financially reliable, or professionally qualified. You are responsible for your own due diligence before accepting work, offering work, sharing information, traveling, performing, paying, or relying on another user.

We may change marketplace eligibility, ranking, matching, profile visibility, opening visibility, search access, outreach features, and reputation logic. We may limit, suspend, or remove marketplace access when needed for subscription status, product integrity, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or user safety.

7. Gigs, Invitations, Communications, and Finance Records

Gigditty includes tools for gig planning, invitations, lineups, reminders, documents, contacts, messaging, calendar workflows, pay records, payout records, expense records, and journal entries. These tools are coordination and recordkeeping aids. You are responsible for confirming final gig details, availability, payment obligations, contracts, locations, accessibility, equipment, permits, safety, and cancellation terms outside Gigditty when appropriate.

Email, push, calendar, app, and dashboard notifications are convenience features. Delivery may fail, be delayed, be filtered, or depend on device, account, calendar, email, browser, app-store, or third-party settings. Do not rely on Gigditty notifications as your only method for time-sensitive, safety-critical, legal, payment, or emergency communications.

Finance tools in Gigditty are for recordkeeping and collaboration only. Gigditty does not provide accounting, tax, payroll, financial, legal, or investment advice, and Gigditty does not guarantee that records entered by users are complete, accurate, payable, deductible, reimbursable, or legally sufficient.

8. Reviews, Reputation, and Trust Signals

Gigditty may display reviews, ratings, reputation records, verified gig summaries, trust indicators, marketplace activity, or other signals based on user activity and available service records. These signals may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, inaccurate, changed, hidden, removed, recalculated, or unavailable.

Reviews and reputation activity must be honest and based on real experiences. You may not submit fake, false, deceptive, retaliatory, coerced, paid, undisclosed, or manipulated reviews or reputation activity. We may remove or adjust reviews, reputation records, marketplace signals, and related access when needed to protect users, comply with law, or preserve marketplace integrity.

9. Subscriptions, Trials, and Paid Features

Gigditty may offer free features and paid plans such as Leader and Venture. Paid features may include expanded marketplace searches, connection outreach, group workflows, guest email invites, group finance insights, owned group capacity, organization and host workflows, organization events, and discoverable marketplace openings. Feature availability, eligibility, pricing, billing interval, taxes, trial terms, promotional offers, renewal rules, and cancellation options may vary by platform, country, account, subscription status, app-store rules, and offer terms.

Gigditty subscriptions may be managed through the Gigditty app, app-store purchase systems, or RevenueCat web purchase flows, with entitlement status synchronized through subscription service providers such as RevenueCat and payment processors. App store, RevenueCat, and payment platform terms also apply to purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, failed payments, price changes, taxes, family sharing, and chargebacks.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the platform where they were purchased. You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing interval, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation method, and platform rules before purchasing. Canceling a subscription generally stops future renewals, but it may not immediately remove access for the already-paid subscription period.

We may suspend, limit, or remove paid features if a subscription expires, is canceled, is refunded, cannot be verified, is subject to a chargeback, is affected by a billing issue, or no longer meets eligibility requirements. Trial or promotional access may be limited, changed, revoked, or ended according to the offer terms and does not guarantee future paid access unless expressly stated.

10. Third-Party Services and App Stores

Gigditty relies on third-party services for hosting, storage, analytics, performance measurement, authentication, app distribution, billing, subscription verification, email delivery, push notifications, mapping, places, public links, media processing, and other operations. These may include Apple, Google, RevenueCat, SendGrid, Expo, Firebase, Meta or Facebook app-event tools, Vercel, AWS, app stores, and other providers.

Third-party services, websites, app stores, devices, operating systems, browsers, calendars, email providers, public links, and user-provided links are governed by their own terms and policies. Gigditty is not responsible for third-party outages, billing decisions, refunds, data practices, content, availability, compatibility, security incidents, or changes to their services.

11. Intellectual Property

Gigditty, including its software, designs, branding, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, features, workflows, databases, and service content other than User Content, is owned by Kronetho LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gigditty for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, create derivative works from, or exploit Gigditty except as these Terms or Gigditty features expressly allow.

If you believe content on Gigditty infringes your rights, contact support@gigditty.com with enough information for us to review the issue.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Gigditty collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information. By using Gigditty, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

13. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or misuse of Gigditty. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict marketplace access, remove public profiles, disable invite links, revoke group or host permissions, preserve records, notify affected users, or report activity to authorities when we believe it is appropriate.

You may stop using Gigditty at any time. Account deletion and data retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and in the account deletion tools available in Gigditty. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, licenses, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, enforcement rights, and general terms.

14. Service Availability and Changes

Gigditty may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, pricing, plans, eligibility rules, marketplace logic, ranking, public profile behavior, integrations, storage limits, subscription gates, app-store availability, or supported platforms. We may also update the service for security, compliance, maintenance, performance, or product reasons.

We do not guarantee that Gigditty will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or calendar, available in every location, or available with every third-party integration. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, third-party failures, app-store issues, data entry mistakes, user conduct, or events outside our reasonable control.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gigditty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, and security.

Gigditty does not guarantee gigs, bookings, offers, income, payment, attendance, performance quality, availability, safety, compatibility, legal compliance, tax treatment, user identity, user conduct, venue conditions, or marketplace outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot be waived under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kronetho LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for lost profits, lost income, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, business interruption, booking disputes, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, payment disputes, personal injury, property damage, user conduct, third-party content, or third-party services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to Gigditty or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Gigditty for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kronetho LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of Gigditty, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or another person's rights, your marketplace activity, or your gigs, bookings, payments, contracts, employment or contractor relationships, venue arrangements, safety obligations, tax obligations, licensing obligations, group activity, host activity, or organization activity.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of Gigditty after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

19. General Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms or purchase terms presented to you, make up the agreement between you and Kronetho LLC for Gigditty. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or operation of law. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, fiduciary relationship, exclusive relationship, or guarantee of work between you and Gigditty or between any users.
